The Triple Clamp body and the Locking Rings are CNC milled from High Grade Aluminum. Alu: 310 N/mm EN-Norm: EN AW-6082 Din.: AlMgSi1 Material No. : 32315 In production of the Tension Rings, synthetic materials are used to insure high shock absorbability.
GDS Motorsport Triple Clamp gives you the opportunity to run a softer setup on your suspension and have less tire usage.
Want to Run Different Forks in the Same Triple Clamp?
By changing the Tension Rings inside the Triple Clamp body to the appropriate size, different diameter fork tubes could be used. There is no need to discard the Triple Clamp body.
Ride Hight Adjustment Another feature that GDS Motorsport Triple Clamp offers is Ride Height adjustment. Ride Height adjustment is achieved by using different height/depth Top Locking Rings and/or their inserts within the Triple Clamp body.

Offset For maximum stability, GDS Motorsport offers offsets fixed-milled in the Triple Clamp. Offsets are available from 26-36mm. "We are familiar with, and know the problem of eccentric (adjustable offset) triple trees. The eccentric plates are held in place by small screws, which can loosen, plates rotate and possibly fall off. Therefore we do not offer the adjustable offset triple tree models", said Wolfgang Gabler, co-owner of GDS Motorsports.
Steering Damper If a Steering Damper (Stabilizer) will be used on your motorcycle, please specify the manufacturer and model number. A Steering Damper attachment needs to be built into the Triple Clamp body. GDS Motorsport, in most cases, is able to accomodate a Steering Damper bracket request.
Handlebar Mounts and Spacers
GDS Motorsport Handlebar Mounts are CNC machined from billet aluminum. Mount Spacers come in two different sizes; 8mm (0.3125") and 16mm (0.625"). Combine spacers to adjust to your desired height. click here for more info
Steering Stops Steering Stops (steering stop limiters) are incorporated into theTriple Clamp. Their shape and placement are dependent upon the motorcycle manufacturer, year and model.
