Return Policy
Please make sure you know exactly what you need before ordering. Be sure the item(s) you order is (are) for for your specific vehicle. Please be aware of this policy before ordering model specific merchandise. We make every effort to describe every item for particular make, model and color accurately.
MODEL SPECIFIC MERCHANDISE GDS MOTORSPORT, BAGSTER and TCP AERODYNAMICS products are SPECIAL ORDERS. SPECIAL ORDERS Not in Stock Items we order as per customer request (customer's internet order, or phone-in orders). Return Merchandise Authorization Number All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. You can get this by emailing us at info@rideaddict.com or calling us at (866) 466-7609. Please make sure to include your order number, name, address, phone number & reason for return. No return will be accepted without Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
Restocking Fee All return or exchange items are subject to 20% restocking fee.
Return Period All items must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase.
Condition of Returned Merchandise Any returned item must be in its original, unused condition and include its original undamaged packaging, attached tags and instructions. Your product purchase price (less restocking fee) will be refunded when your return is received and inspected. Products worn or damaged through use or abuse will not be refunded.
Shipping Policy Here at RideAddict.com, every effort is made to process orders as quickly as possible.
Items in Stock If merchandise is in stock, you can expect to receive it within 7 days. Items NOT in Stock If merchandise is not in stock, and needs to be ordered from factory in Europe, products are shipped within 3-4 weeks, however, due mostly to traditional European vacation schedules, products may take longer to ship.
Custom Orders GDS MOTORSPORT, BAGSTER and TCP AERODYNAMICS products are SPECIAL ORDERS. Bagster products are considered to be Custom (Special) Orders. When an order is placed for a Bagster product, the order is forwarded to the European factory in which the product is manufactured. Usually, Bagster products are shipped within 3-4 weeks, however, due mostly to traditional European vacation schedules, products from the Bagster factory may take longer to ship. Even though it is rare that a product will take longer than 3-4 weeks to ship, the Bagster factory will only guarantee delivery within 90 days. In turn, Rideaddict.com is unable to accept the cancellation of an order for lack of delivery prior to 90 days from the time the order is placed. If, after 90 days, you have not received your order, you will be given the option of a full refund or to extend the order.
Rideaddict.com regrets our inability to give a more firm delivery date for the Bagster products, but because of the great number of motorcycle makes, models and colors, we are able to keep an on hand supply of only the most popular items. Therefor, all Bagster orders are custom orders. Please consider the above disclaimer carefully and be certain that you can accept the above delivery schedule. Bagster products are fabricated to exacting standards through a special arrangement with a European manufacturer, and Rideaddict.com has yet to find a better product on the market. We believe that the outstanding quality of these products are worth the soft delivery date and we think you will agree.
Rideaddict.com is unable to accept the cancellation of an order for lack of delivery prior to 90 days from the time the order is placed. International Shipping Shipping charges displayed by the checkout software are domestic (continental US) charges only. International shipping charges are adjusted according to Continent and Country of destination. International orders are shipped by US Postal Service.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return, with the following exception: RideAddict.com will refund the cost of return shippment when the reason for the return is our responsibility, e.g. incorrect or damaged product was shipped.
