The entire product range is machined by a chain of four robots providing very high cutting and drilling accuracy and guaranteeing that each component is identical.
The combination of BAYBLEND material and the thermoforming manufacturing process ensures that each component is of the same quality as the original body parts.

Each TCP item is delivered painted, to match manufacturer's original colors, along with a model specific assembly kit, stainless steel fasteners (according to model) and full assembly instructions.

TCP windshield is manufactured from 3mm polycarbonate for highest impact resistance.

All of TCP products are BVQI approved and are accompanied with the ISO9001 Quality Control Seal.
